Rental Bike Liability Care Plan
In the event of damage to rental motorcycles or equipment caused by customer negligence during rental, our shop will charge the actual cost of repair parts or the full replacement cost of the item.
However, to prepare for any such damage to rental bikes and equipment, we offer the following ‘Bike Care Plan’. Coverage is available up to various guarantee limits (up to ¥10,000, up to ¥50,000). We encourage you to consider this plan when renting.
**For details regarding exclusions from coverage and other matters not listed below, please inquire at the reception counter on the day of your visit.

Important Notice
- The deadline for pre-bookings is 3pm the day before the desired date of use.
Please be careful we can not received pre-booking by our website after 3pm. - Please make sure show us “ PASSPORT “ when you rent a bike at the reception desk of BGH.
- Rending time : Sat & Sun, National holidays: 8:30 am to 4 pm, Weekday: 9 am to 4 pm.
- We charge the full amount of the repairing cost when if broken rented bike and accessary, .
- If damage occurs to the rented motorcycle or equipment due to customer negligence, we will charge the actual cost of repair parts or the full product price. Additionally, for those enrolled in the Bike Care Plan, if the damage exceeds the coverage limit, we will charge the difference between the damage cost and the coverage limit.
- Please note that the MTB model you wish to rent may not be available due to repairs or prior reservations.
- All rental bikes come with the right brake lever set as the front brake. If you prefer the brakes reversed, please apply using the form below. Advance reservation required. Please note that rental bike brake replacement cannot be performed by the renter themselves due to the risk of damage.
SPECIAL SUPPORT
We have plans to provide a shuttle from the nearest international airport (Narita or Haneda , Nagoya) to the Fujimi and Suwa areas for guests who can come to Fujimi Panorama MTB Park for groups of 10 or more. Please contact us if you have any request.

Your reservation will be finalized within 3 business days upon receiving a “Reservation Confirmation” email.
