As you know it caused huge damage to the Japanese archipelago by Typhoon No.19 (Hagibis) on October 12th 2019. Therefore the Chuo Expressway and the JR (Japan railways) Chuo Line from around Tokyo to Fujimi Panorama MTB Park were damaged and there are some closed sections and all-day suspended sections now.Make sure to check the NEXCO-central traffic information and JR east timetable before coming.
